La Galouïne Auberge & Restaurant can pride itself on offering dishes where local products take their rightful place. The services offered on site: lodging (20 rooms and a studio), restaurant, terrace, licensed bar, ready-to-go, packages with activities, whale watching cruise tickets and boutique.
The pleasures of the table come from two smokehouses that give all their flavour to the regular or maple smoked salmon as well as the marinated and smoked duck breast. Other specialties include grilled meats, game and seafood.
A great way to prolong the pleasure in a corner of the country, the first village in Quebec (423 years of history) renowned for its marine mammals and its legendary bay.
