Northern berries :
A taste of Québec on your plate!
Terroir Boréal evolved from one man’s passion.
Martin Brisson, executive aboriginal (Anishinabeg) chef at La Galouïne Auberge et Restaurant in Tadoussac, is on a culinary mission to share the food products of the North Shore. Our product line continues to expand with steady customer demand to take home our products.
Northern berries and spices from the boreal forest are full of ANTIOXIDANTS AND POLYPHENOLS. And they’re delicious too! We thoroughly enjoyed developing this product line.
Enjoy wild blueberries, lingonberries, Cloudberries and Honeyberries as you have never had them before!
Try our northern cocktails with wild northernberries syrups.
